On the weekend of May 24th & 25th 2003, St Mary’s was decked with flowers and the church’s collection of vestments was on display to the public.
Normally these are kept under lock and key. The pictures cannot convey the true splendour of these amazing vestments, brought back from Europe by Sir Hubert Miller over one hundred years ago.
